At Jose's Cleaning Service LLC, we offer transparent and straightforward payment structures tailored to the scale of your project:

Accepted Payment Methods:

To ensure secure, efficient, and transparent transactions, we accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards only. We do not accept cash, personal checks, or business checks.

Commercial Billing:

ο»ΏWe offer flexible recurring monthly invoicing and customized service agreements for corporate offices, commercial facilities, and medical sites.

Residential & Standard Services:

ο»ΏFull payment is required upon booking for all routine house cleanings, deep cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and small projects.

Large & Post-Construction Projects:

ο»ΏLarger undertakings—such as post-construction cleanups and major commercial developments—require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% balance due immediately upon project completion.

Important Cancellation Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a non-refundable deposit.
